BBQ’s
40 lbs. hamburger, browned
3 pkgs, celery
5 lbs. onions
3 lg. cans tomato soup
1 Gallon Tomato Paste
Brown hamburger. Chop celery and onions. Mix together. Put in large electric roaster or oven. Bake on low temperature 6 to 8 hours. If mixture needs thickening, add 1 handful of oatmeal. Serves 30 dozen buns.

BARBECUE HAMBURGER
Fry onion, then add 1 pound hamburger and fry until it changes color. Add 1 can tomato soup, 1 tablespoon mustard, 3 tablespoons ketchup, and salt and pepper to taste.

QUICK TUNA CASSEROLE
1 pkg. Kraft cheese and macaroni dinner
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can tuna
Prepare cheese and macaroni as directed. Combine soup and milk; add to macaroni. Then add tuna; mix and put in greased dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

PIGS IN A BLANKET
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. minute rice
Sm. onion, chopped
2 eggs
Salt and pepper Cabbage
2 cans tomato soup
Mix hamburger, sausage, rice, onion, eggs, salt and pe~per. Make into balls. Boil cabbage for 15 minutes; wrap meatbahs in cabbage leaves and place in pan. Pour tomato soup and equal amount of water over top. Bake.

THREE BEAN CASSEROLE
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 lb. bacon 2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ketchup 1 lg. can pork & beans
1 tsp. dry mustard 1 can butter beans, drained
1/2 c. brown sugar 1 can kidney beans, drained
Brown ground beef with onion. Set aside. Fry bacon until crispy.
Combine ground beef, onion, crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard brown sugar, white sugar,t vinegar, salt, pork & beans, butter beans, and kidney beans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

MAC HOTDISH
1 lb. browned hamburger
1 can tomato soup .
2 c. macaroni, cooked·
2 inch sliced Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

POTATO HOT DISH
6 potatoes peeled and sliced
2 onions, sliced
1 lb hamburger
1 can mushroom soup 1 can beef soup
1/3 can water
Brown hamburger and onions. Then mix all ingredients together, Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in casserole 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven.

HASH BROWNS ELEGANT
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. hash browns
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 tsp, salt
2 c. Cheddar cheese
Thaw potatoes. Combine sour cream, soup, onions, salt, and cheese. Mix with hash browns and put in a 2 quart baking dish.
Top with crunchy topping:
2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/4 c. melted margarine
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

OVEN CHICKEN
Place chicken pieces in baking dish. Spread salad dressing (Miracle Whip) on top. Sprinkle with Lawry’s seasoning, salt, and pepper. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes more or unfil done.

1 lb. browned hamburger with

Onion to taste
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can evaporated milk
Combine and bake at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour to heat through.

Brown 1 pound hamburger with onions. Brown 1/2 pound bacon, chopped. Put in roaster and add the following:
2 med. cans pork & beans
2 med. cans butter beans
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
2 med. cans kidney beans
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
