TUNA FISH SALAD
1 can tuna Onion to taste
1 thick slice green pepper Sm. can of peas
1/4 c. pimento 1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. or more celery Salt and pepper to taste
Mix and add 1 small box of cooked macaroni shells or rings. Chill and serve.

ALMOND – MANDARIN SALAD
1/2 head lettuce
1/2 head Romaine lettuce
Chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can dramed mandarin oranges
DRESSING:
2 or more tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp, sugarMix dressing and add rest of ingredients. Carmelize 3 tablespoons sugar ina no-stick pan. Stir in 1/2 cup slivered almonds until coated with caramel. Cool and add to salad.Micky Zaviska
CAULIFLOWER SALAD
1 head cauliflower 1 c. sour cream
1 bunch broccoli 2 c. mayonnaise
10 oz. frozen peas 1 tsp. garlic salt .
1 minced onion 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Cut up vegetables. Add peas, onion, and seasoning. Mix cream and mayonnaise; mix with rest of ingredients. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
